FOURTH SUNDAY OF LENT
It is tempting to think that when things are going well it is because God is pleased with us and when they aren’t that we done something “wrong.” Perhaps, this kind of reasoning is more “comfortable” than the alternative which is to take responsibility for the choices we have made. Such an attitude also does a disservice to God. He is not keeping a tally to determine punishments and rewards. God is constantly pouring out his love and grace in the midst of good and bad times. Do you believe that God loves you all the time?
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

DIOCESAN DEVELOPMENT DRIVE (DDD): 2020 progress as of 03/20/2020: GOAL $8,725 / PLEDGED $4,620 / PAID $2,810 / DONORS 8. Please help us help the Diocese of Salt Lake City meet the goals of the annual Bishop’s Appeal. We are very blessed with our beautiful church and facilities along with the onsite priest for daily sacraments. These benefits are heavily subsidized by the larger diocesan support and deserve our participation. As of today, we have already pledged $4,620 of our goal of $8,725 with just 8 of our 46 households participating. No pledge is too small. Thank you for your generosity!
