We Need You For the 2019 North Rim Season

We Need You!

Seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day, we celebrate our Lord at the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. On Sunday, June 2, 2019 Saint Christopher SCAP leaders will begin going to the North Rim to provide Catholic services for the national park visitors. Our leaders need drivers who will assist them with setup and the SCAP service. Are you available to help out in this important ministry?

Requirements

We need to leave Saint Christopher at 6:30 AM UT time. The services start at 9:00 AM UT time. We are finished and cleaned up by 10:00 AM UT time. We tend to be back in Kanab by noon. If requested, Saint Christopher will reimburse you for the cost of gas with receipt.

There are still a few slots open, so if you can help, please contact Mel Kirkland, Mary Poe, or the parish office. The tentative schedule for 2019 is also posted in Vollmer Hall.
